2. Payments & Billing

Services are provided on a paid basis as per agreed pricing
Advance payment is required before the commencement of work
Remaining payments must be cleared as per agreed milestones
Delay in payment may result in pause or discontinuation of services

All payments once made are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed.

3. Project Timelines

Project timelines depend on:

Scope of work
Client approvals
Content and information provided

Any delay in communication, approvals, or asset sharing from the client side may impact delivery timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Share required access (social media, website, ad accounts, etc.)
Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable time

Timely collaboration ensures effective execution and better results.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, strategies, and creative assets developed by Digital Parivartan remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables may be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.

6. Performance & Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors such as:

Market conditions
Platform algorithms
Audience behavior

While we apply proven strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee specific results such as fixed leads, sales, or rankings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Parivartan shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses
Platform-related issues (Instagram, Meta, Google, etc.)
Business losses arising from marketing performance

Our role is to provide strategic and execution support based on industry best practices.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior notice.

All completed work must be paid for
Pending dues must be cleared before final handover

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
